I've only done MYR and GBP.
MYR seems ok, not very good. GBP seems quite good. Would probably need more data to find out which currencies are good.

Any of your listed card should be charged the 1%, with the exception of AMEX.

US shopping. It depends if the merchant will be charging you in SGD? (like iherb) Or USD?
