actually it's GOMO, not Singtel. paiseh as I anyhow use an example.
I just got off the phone with Grab CSO. kinda play taichi. they say it's GOMO who needs to release the $1 back to my wallet. but when I ask GOMO CSO earlier they say it is up to Grab (or "the bank") to request for refund.
dunno who is right, who is wrong.
anyway, Grab says need to wait 14 *working* days, if not refunded, apply for chargeback and they will follow up.
so have to wait up to 3 weeks to see what happens![]()
the merchant can initiate the refund, but a lot of merchants don't do it, just don't claim the fund from the card network.
Then the card issuers have to get back the unclaimed fund.
but if topup grab doesn't count towards the minimum spending for UOB one.. then i don't see the point now..
