Not able to pay bill by grabpay using m-axs since yesterday. It hangs after keying in the OTP. Anyone encounter the same?

another benefit according to grab is no forex fee and transaction fee, up to 2%.

I just realized that this no forex/transaction fee only applicable to grab booking in foreign currency. Ie: You book a ride in Malaysia and pay in RM.

However, if you use the Grab MC to pay for other online retail purcahses, the usual fee will still be applicable.

yes. It only applies to Grab. the exchange rate is worse than mastercard exchange rate. it seems like some kind of spot rate. My ride payment was changed because of toll about half an hour later. the exchange rate is not the same.

for other online retail transaction, probably go through mastercard network. wonder how much Grab charges. 0% like Youtrip?

I find the grab mastercard forex rate very close to spot rate for JPY and even better than YouTrip!

no idea.. but I checked the exchange rate on YouTrip app first before making the transaction on GrabPay card and GrabPay charged SGD$7.14 when YouTrip quoted me $7.04

to be exact my transaction was on taobao.. and end up grab's rates was even worse than taobao's conversion..

YouTrip - S$7.04
Taobao - S$7.07
Grab - S$7.14

no additional 1% for taobao's S$7.07 because if you choose SGD, the payment would be processed by taobao Singapore.
