In one of last year's power up challenge, I inserted my Grabpay Mastercard at shop's card reader instead of using Paywave.

Somehow, by not using Paywave, payment by card insertion was treated as "non-offline", which probably treated as equivalent to "online", since Paywave can only be achieved by "offline".

So I ended up getting the power up challenge bonus for that transaction ...

Grab anti fraud system is more robust than dash lol. Multiple top ups of same value and performed quickly are treated as suspicious activity.

What do you do when it happens. I am no longer able to make anymore transactions with the merchant on the day after making 31 transactions with the merchant in 1min. Called Grab and they ask me to try again later.

Same, stuck with 8 coins for the longest time....

I am short of ox and monkey. Is any of these awarded via grabexpress service because I realised grabpay is always awarding dragon and snake. I got rat from Grab food service

Great Eastern premium only take payment with MC/Visa, I see all credit card does not give benefit for insurance premium payment, I plan to:

topup GPMC with AMEX TCB for 1.5% rebate and enter GPMC in payment form
form

will the above plan work?

I use cardup using BOC Family card. Get 3% rebate under online category (max $25) if hit min spend $800. Pair with BOC smartsaver. Cardup have charges. See if it is worthwhile for you.
