Think the tracking bug is same as Xmas 2020 incident where Grab will deny the points eventually again. Sigh.

my guess is only PHYSICAL grab card spending is being recognised..

otherwise the top tier prize won't be going down so slowly.. i see it drop from 945 to 943 in 10 minutes, should be much faster.. haha.

This morning I used my physical card to make payment online to Geneco and it is not reflected. There is really an issue with the tracker it seems

I got mine the 1st time they offered this. If the t&c is the same then fine. I bought something from apple online store and got the points immediately.

yea, issue resolved as of 11.30am. They will update those affected (used gpmc from 12am to 11.30am but not tracked)

i didn't want to miss the final bonus.

i just did another 3 x $500 payments.. means total i paid $2000.

managed to get all the rewards. only 200 final rewards left.. not worth waiting till they resolve for you in my view.

In previous Power Up Challenge, qualifying spends immediately get the Bonus Points. But, I just spend > $500, but didn't get the Bonus Points yet.
Maybe Grab tracking system down again, which happens occassionally.
I'll wait for the Bonus Points to be credit back to me, before i complete the full $1.5K spend

Called Grab Support, they'll rectify and include the affected valid transactions back into the Challenge spend count and tier scoring

I hope they do not go award those early birds, then take away the last few who qualified for the final tier to "feed" the early birds.
