need help, i have both samsung phone and iphone, my grabpay mastercard is on samsung, but if i bring my iphone out i dont have physical card, so is there a way to put both phone using the same digital card on both samsung and iphone?

Use the grab app on the iphone. Can use it to pay too.

hi having issues activating the card. anyone has any remedy?
also, those who received the card in 2020 has 16 digits card number? now they say numberless???

what issue? You followed instructions on the packaging?

No number on the card, the card number can be found in the app

Can anyone who has experience with this advise me, please?

Recently, I tried to redeem Qoo10's $10 coupon with 5000 Grab points.
However, it has a maximum of 10 times redemptions.

My question is by when will it be reset so that I can further redeem again?

Noted that Qoo10 $5 coupon by 2500 Grab points, but no statement of redemption limitations.
Anybody has ever redeemed more than 10x of this Qoo10 $5 coupon?
