Top up with UOB absolute 1.7%. Grab points 1.2% so it's min 2.9% for most spending without min spending etc. If you redeem for capitastar during pointsback and use SP green up then the value of grab points can close to double giving you 4% in benefits with no min spend. That is one of the best for no special spend category and min spending.

I usually buy from Gong Cha and Liho. Don't think they mark up (or mark up little). My normal drink cost $5.30. After 25% pickup discount $3.97. With this, paying $1.80 for it. So it is half of what I usually pay.
