From what I know, the chip cashcard can only use ATM or NETS machine.

What I do is I use ez-link card and NETS Flashpay. These two cards can top up using GPMC at MRT station or via app.
Most carparks I go to can use ez-link or flashpay. The chip Cashcard I keep as standby for the few industrial and old carparks that cannot use ez-link or flashpay.

Don't forget a small disclaimer whereby only Gen 2 IU's can support those 2 mentioned cards..
