How many times have u tried to top. Grab is very strict with number of times one tries to paywave or top ups.

For paywave they'll limit like 6 times thereafter they'll only allow another few more times to make up to 10 times in total for the day. Once after I try paywave top up my ezlink continuously 6 times the error message shows up. Shortly I went to restaurant it also doesn't allow any transaction. I ended up have to use other cards to pay.

For top ups they'll also have such limitation. I can't exactly remember how many times for top up into grab wallet but yes they are sensitive about the number of times and set limit on that too. Their reason is to prevent fraudulent transactions.

am having trouble topping up GrabPay with UOB ACB too, tested on multiple family members grab accounts as well.

Total amount nowhere near $5k a day

Called UOB and they said they're not blocking either...

I don’t know how their rolling 24 hour works lei.
i topped up 5k 2pm yesterday. Then I managed to top up 2k this morning at 7am. Now genna blocked again.

the only thing i bought during 12.12 is the $100 for $110 frasers vouchers. so that was the qualifying item.

Haha yalor. And this has been the way since years ago. Not something new. Every time I want to paywave 10 times at Ezlink top up m/c to fulfill the clock 10 transaction for Grabpay powerup I'll need to split into 2 trips. It's very inconvenient and silly. After the 1st 6 times I'll need to go shop around. 1 hour later then go back paywave existing 4 more times and that's it. That's the limit for the day.

Visa, Master, AMEX cards can.

Using Visa cards to top up will incur fees.

Can I cofirm that the 10k spend limit per month only applies to GrabPay Card ? (ie this is not a limit under GrabPay Wallet)
