Likely cause so difficult to earn points nowadays, the cap is no longer meaningful

can anyone advise if I can use grab scan qr to UEN paynow qr code? I used to be able to do so even when my wallet amount only consists of credit card top ups but now grab says this qr code is not supported

i used to be able to exchange money at JC Global by scanning their paynow QR using grabpay, but now when I try to scan it just says not supported.

if you are still able to scan the qr code of other merchants, then it is likely that JC global type of merchant is no longer supported

looks like government such as the town council is still okay with gpmc using non-transferable balance

maybe try having transferrable balance (ie top up wallet using paynow instead of CC).
may still be able to work using scan and pay to scan the UEN QR

if trying to do some kind of MS by top up Grab using AMEX Absolute (and get 0.3%) and use it to exchange money and withdraw cash and technically getting an interest free loan , this has been nerfed i guess.
