When the next batch of physical card application coming? Been waiting till head so Long Liao.

Didn't work as expected so I raise the technical support request as suggested. Waiting for people to return to work and take a look into my issue tomorrow i suppose.

Same here got physical gpmc but cant activate. Just leads me back to same page to request for card though its mailed to me..activate button doesnt work

Payment via AXS

I tried to make payment via grabpay/grabpay mastercard on AXS app just now but it says the service is temporarily unavailable. Anyone experiencing the same problem too?

GRAB payment on AXS has been disabled since about 2 weeks ago...

same here, I use phone qr code scanner to scan the qr code from the mailer. I will auto launch the grab apps to activate the card.

Mine didn't work like that either, but I managed to activate it thru one of their messages in 'Inbox'. The title was 'The GrabPay Card is here - activate yours now!'.

same, but i use android phone to use the cheatlink... but not sure will really receive it anot cuz theres no activate physical card option... legit way will have... :s13::s22:

I am the first Batch to order the Physical Card about 10+ days ago, but until now the card still not arrived.
