How to call GrabPay, btw? When calling, it seems the GrabPay option is only for machants?

There’s a dedicated hotline. Apparently.

I have $1k in wallet.
I cannot be having food and grab around just to spend it leh

The hotline is listed as 66550005 which is actually Grab. The CSO seems not knowing much about GrabPay or the card. Everything has got to refer to relevant department. Very sian

I would stay clear of this for now.

I raised this to them and they called me back to explain that their system declined the subsequent top ups as they suspect it was unauthorized transaction. Tried again after 24 hours and was able to top up.

My transaction all failed since last month. Called them then say nothing wrong and ask me to send them email, but still no response after one month. lol

Grabpay is getting messy.

had same problem last year. went away after a month or so. till today dunno whats the issue

Yes confirmed it’s monthly limit. And it’s not calendar month. It’s your last 30 days’ transactions.

Cuz there was times when all my online transactions were declined. Called Grab, they didn’t even know it was the virtual card’s issue and kept telling me to uninstall and reinstall the app (dafuq right lol). Seemed like some staff didn’t even know there was such a card.

Anyway they never replied my emails. I figured out the issue myself when I manually calculated all my transactions within the past 30 days.

Funny thing is, I can still use the GrabPay wallet to order food/ride.

ya i guess so cause i did have some big transactions but in different months.

so perhaps another 1-2 weeks i try again should be ok i hope

is that inclusive of grabpay transactions or just soley the GPMC ?

I dont think i spent $10,000 from gpmc leh.

Kind of weird.

Wished they had some spending limit tracker.
Like a credit limit display or something.

with the gpmc, really can earn points alot faster for those transactions with no points or cashback given by banks.

I think you might have hit their annual limit of $30K for the calendar year.
