isn't the unlimited card gives 1.5% rebate for everything? the spree card does not give rebates for top ups.

2k per year, lol. cos you can only pay income tax at AXS via GP in one lump sum, no?

How to download the axs payment app? On both my phones I can't download it from play store because it's stated not available in my country. I used vpn also the same.

Not true. Set up income tax via Giro for monthly payment. Make AXS payment to your IRAS account for the Giro amount. Must make the AXS transaction at least a week or earlier before Giro deduction date (usually 6th of the month)

2k per year, lol. cos you can only pay income tax at AXS via GP in one lump sum, no?

Yes I have. Tried and tested for past 3 months. Received rebates for Grab Top Up on MB Family and Friends.

No. They will need to scan the card into the POS. Else you can add the virtual card into your Samsung Pay (assuming you owned a Samsung phone) and use MST or NFC to make payment.
