Until 16 March, you can still get 10% rebate if via the UOB one, so why not? After that, maybe UOB one pay to SP (6% rebate) is better?

That's odd. I just paid (4 March 2020) via android app, still have 4 pts per $1 spent.

i.e. using grabpay wallet to pay for rides and/or grabfood
i.e. using GPMC for online transactions , paywave transactions

Yes. Any refunds, they will clawback reward points.

Sometimes Points awarded are not stated in the payment transaction details page, but it is there in the points award history
