Finally I able to apply for physical card but is it still worthwhile getting it?

If your wallet has lots of money, easier to spend if you have physical card.

I actually find the physical card useful for those who want a card with limited spending. Eg my sister is very absent minded. I would not want to give her a supp card in case she lost it. So I help her create a Grab account and applied for physical card. Then I transfer to her Grab wallet a float of $80. As and when the balance gets low I transfer to her Grab wallet. So if she lost the card won't lose so much.

so after 16th march, Amex True cashback still enjoy 1.5% for topup right?

Will the other no min spend 1.5/1.6% cards still enjoy cashback for grabpay topups?
e.g. ICBC Zodiac (1.6%), SC Unlimited (1.5%)

I'm also interested to know what other cc still can get rebate no matter how little for grab wallet top-up. Beats paying cash for those merchants that only accept grabpay or cash i.e. no cc payment.

SC spree still has 2% for grabpay topups, as of 16 feb last month. :s12:

or cancel amex tcb and reapply after 6 months for 3% bonus.

Can. But they keep deducting the 10 cents which I find irritating. It will be offsetted against the cumulative of about 5 days trip.

Since there are no points anyway, I would rather use the physical card to topup my Nets Flashpay card then use Nets Flashpay for transport...... and places that accepts NETS Flashpay but not credit card eg Old Chang Kee, Daiso...... and TOTO/4D (2 cents charge per transaction) =:p
