Doesn’t seems like have due to some error

The cash back cards seems to put grab top up until 0% 6 months installment plan. Thus , not applicable for cashback

That should be the technical error right? They will solve it

When I called Amex, they said it was a classification error on their side, and it will be fixed in the next statement. So TCB still has cashback for GrabPay

Anyone has hit the annual limit of $30K yet?

Wonder if the $45K limit for the scan and pay method is still applicable this year

I just paid a hawker using grabpay QR code.. after awhile the auntie chase after me saying she didn’t receive the money and show me her device which shows no sales collected.. but the app seems to be a NETS app.. on my grab app says payment done liao... auntie also acknowledged

I just left my card and number and ask them call me in case anything wrong

Lol, you have told her you used grab pay, not nets pay, tell her to check her grab app. Some of them don't use often forget how to use.

How do I pay for my mum SingTel bill with my GrabPay Virtual Card?

I pay for my father's Singtel bill this way.

At Singtel website, create Singtel One pass account for him. ID I put my email account.

Then every month, I will go to Singtel website to login to the account using the ID and password. At payment page just enter the GrabPay Mastercard details just as you would do for any credit card payment.

This Grab card is really a hit and miss. I wonder if it is MasterCard fault or payment gateway fault.

Had my recurring Aviva premium on Grab card since last year, this month failed to deduct. Same for retail card spending, sometimes work, sometimes doesn't. Dunno what kind of crap debit MasterCard it is.

Not exactly a good sign to be honest. I am starting to draw down my Grab wallet and move to MCO Visa Card already.
