hawker food is marked up right? i see my $3 bcm at $5.50. unless you can use it directly to offset paynow payment?
Changed my mind, up to individual to determine which suits/benefits him best :grin:

i looked. i'm not a sp customer so a good chunk of the larger 50/100 tasks are out of reach.
you are not a sp customer because you are using other electricity company or you are just not paying for any utlities. cause people who pays for utilities would at least be sp customer because of water.

no need be the one paying sp to earn most of the points. Anyway earning points is not the issue, issue is 30% off is only for 3 voucher redemption monthly

Chiong ahhh~ i also maxed $5 every rounds and luckily still have this mth.
$5 great for hawker/zi char etc. $1 great for confectionery/snacks eg. OCK,pancake etc
Nice ! I used to forgo the $1 vouchers ( 90% off ) . Following your comments, redeem them for 55pts ea,too.
Can buy OCK puffs for 80c each instead of 1.70 walkin. And also charsiew pao and peanut pancake for 40c only 👌

$5 and $10 for tapao food good enough.
Japanese bento set pay only $1.90 ( plus points value $1.50) instead of $6 walkin. Taopao fried rice for btw 50c to 1.20. WokHey and Subway sandwiches for $2 or so. Where to find ?

everyone can find their own value or hate reasons. To each his own.
discussed before in March, that’s when I started to hoot the $5 and $10 vouchers - totally worth it……. In my personal view anyway.

i took the bill to try. very hard to reach 800 points. even farming the referrals also only 8x50 + 20x10. anyway 3 vouchers of 100 is 100k points burnt every month.

Anyone face issues with the gpmc regarding pre-authorization hold with comfort taxi or Tada rides? When will the hold be lifted if the ride was cancelled?
I faced an issue with comfort taxi. When on the cab, I tried to change my payment method from cash to grabpay card.

The change was unsuccessful (there was an error message), but $20 was still charged to my grabpay card.

Chatted with grab support asking them to refund this $20, they say will check with the relevant team and reply after 48-72 hours. It has been 5 working days and still no reply.

Anyone faced this before? Will my money be refunded eventually? Any advice? :)

why don't you follow up with them?

take money back from fintech is very difficult. their cso only trained to copy and paste from their resources.

I sat out of the Power-up Challenge for last 2 months, this time is top-up $300, spend $250 for 5000 pts....

cannot get 30% discount for $100 voucher.

The Grab unlimited plan now 1 cent for first 2 mths. Before 3rd month can terminate it ?

I supposed road tax as well

Pua **, this Grab Card getting harder and harder to earn points.

Now cannot get points paying for poly tuition fees for my bro, Town Council. All kenna nerfed liao. Last time still can.

Ever since SAM Mobile stopped working, also lost the ability to get points from paying hospital bills not using OneNUHS app... haiz.

May stop using this card altogether if they keep nerfing

I am guessing the problem was @transunited cancelled his ride but the pre-authorised hold was not lifted. I am unfamiliar with that as all my GPMC transactions are direct and immediate deductions.
For those who are wondering (for CDG Zig Users):


Our ref: FB********99. Dear Mr **************, we refer to your feedback. Due to the cessation of Wirecard, we had recently made the switch to a new payment gateway service provider. There is now an authorisation hold for credit and debit cards to validate the card. This hold amount will be deducted against the final fare at the end of the trip. In this case, since there was no successful trip taken, the holding fee will be released back to your account. The refund process cut-off might vary according to individual banks. For further clarifications, you may wish to check with your card issuer or bank. We hope this explains. Regards, *****************/Customer Service/Customer Contact Centre (Pls DO NOT reply to this msg)

Was told on further message with the CSO that the working hold can be 3 - 21 working days. I still have 55$+ still held with them...
