yup ... Tried mobile AXS between 8.30am to 9am resulted in error. Tied computer browser 4.30pm to 5.00pm same problem. Select GPMC as Debit Card or Credit Card makes no difference.
I just used the AXS mobile app to pay using GPMC (card stored previously). Paid successfully.

I just got my UOB Amex card
This one after use to top up Grab wallet is it will get the 1.7% in the same statement ?

American express True cashback gives their cash back in same statement

Is UOB AMEX same ?

Would this be the best card (UOB AMEX > Grab Mastercard) to get cashback frm town council conservancy payment ?
Is there any better alternative out there ?

Thanks.
yesterday after the 3rd unsuccessful tries, call up AXS CSO before 6pm and they recorded down the feedback. Tried AXS mobile with saved card 5 mins ago, it is successful now.

This is the best so far I have found but take note GrabPay cannot take cents when top up amount. Also it is prepaid so you need to schedule monies periodically go into GrabPay wallet. Put more rather than less else cannot deduct wait town council issue pink slip to you. I hate to see pink color slip it is like say I no monies pay beggar. I kena once before and I remember till now!

Last time go to TC counter pay can get GP and hit challenge, so i always accumulated and pay several months 1 shot, usually i owe more than 6 mths and pay advance another few mths...

Wat for care abt ppl think we are beggers or not lol , if TC think we no money is even better right :ROFLMAO:

I dun care about wat slip they give, they issued the lawyer letter i also din see for several mths coz i seldom go to my old house to check letter box

Until a few mths ago, during one of my test payment over the Counter, i realised after pay 1 mth, the Challenge did not record transaction and it seemed tat frm then on, Grab dun allow paying TC to be counted towards challenge , then i bobian hv to apply this AMEX card to pay the TC

this bank sign up gift is like Non existent, when i applied, it was for first 100 ppl only (n)(n)(n)(n)(n)(n)(n)(n)(n) like that might as well dun give

I applied the card and they delayed approval (didnt come as a surprise frm this bank), i got it almost a month late after calling in 2 times to chase...

Later convinient for the bank to say : Oh we hv alr hit the first 100 ppl so your spendings do Not qualify for the welcome rewards.... (y)
So predictable

If only... AMERICAN Express can up their cashback to same amt, i would hv continued using it and Not hv to apply frm this aweful bank

Seems like they’ve ceased the accelerator programme. Was there any announcement or notification abt this?

simi accelerator?
For those who want to maximise the points they earn, the GrabPay Card Accelerator is basically specific spending categories that’ll give you additional points.

In essence, you’ll get an extra 4 bonus points per $1 spent. This is equivalent to 0.8% back in points, adding up to a total of 2% back. This is applied when you use your GrabPay Card on the following categories:

Dining (in-store and takeaways)
Groceries (such as Don Don Donki and Giant)
Gym memberships
Streaming services (Disney+, Netflix, YouTube premium)
Digital goods (software, apps, e-books)

A bit of strategising here is needed for the GrabPay Card Accelerator, as booster points are capped at a maximum of 20 transactions per month and 500 points for each transaction.

May I know where to see these categories? Seems like they’ve made changes.

Based on their recently released GXS Bank apps, it appears that they are only offering GXS Savings Account for a start under the FAQ in the apps. GXS is a separate entity from Grab, which comprise of Grab + Singtel, whom both of them have their own card offerings (GrabPay Card & SingTel Dash Card) at this moment. Will be interesting to see how they are going to streamline their existing product offering.

this is actually a very interesting thing to be looking forward to.

i dont think grab will kill themselves by pulling all these. i am guessing they are trying to divert their customer base on grab to use the eventual GXS card or something when they roll out, and i believe this GXS card will have quite a bit of rewards.

anyway i signed up, i dont know if i will get invited lol

Anyone redeemed the giant voucher in the reward section before? Can share how it work?

Does it work offline at the store or is it for online purchase only?
If can use at store, is it a QR code for cashier to scan?
Or can just tap at self checkout machine no need to queue at cashier?

Pardon the numerous questions, but I was silly enough to redeem a lot of ntuc vouchers only to find out those have a ton of restrictions.
