Just had an issue with Grab. Top up with Amaze. Transaction failed but credit card got charge (although not posted). Annoying that I have to monitor for the next few days

I just write to them for refund. This happen to me a few times monthly...

you mean you get charged eventually (ie posted) even though the wallet did not get the top up?? this is ridiculous

auto released within 14 days once amaze detect grab did not claim/settle the payment.

I try topping up again with different amounts. The smallest amount went through but 2 didn't. Is it always so unreliable?

Why use grab to top up for amaze?

I thought its better to link to citi rewards

Usually next up is premier miles for me

I didnt wait for 14 days as it affect my credit limit. Grab has to help to cancel charge for mine case.

yes. got the otp, key in and transaction failed but charge went through. did reverse less than an hour later
