Then i think you got issues on your ssd already lol.

Check your daily download stuffs and also the torrents that you have stored in which drives.

Last time my previous 128gb is still quite empty. OS should not be more than 20gb for win7.

windows 7??

I know Windows 8.1 save off almost 10gb as compared to Win 8..

My 128 M4 still has about 70-80GB of free space after installing Win 8.1, Office 2007, Adobe Design Premium, Adobe Lightroom and all those small programs..

Link your Libraries and Downloads to HDD loh

Hahaha... My bad... My SSD still has 185 GB of free space not used up 185 GB.

generally everyone seems pretty no comment about this build, which i will take as an overall response to a pretty averagely built rig.

thanks for the input, and do raise any possible tweaks that might improve the system

i am considering h100i, but there's a very good chance i'll just go with the corsair 212 evo and fill the thing up with fans.

also, no one seems to have considered what the perks and drawbacks are of a discrete soundcard

last call for opinions =D

Onboard soundcard is quite decent.. use that 1st..

If you are planning to get 2 new fans for your 212evo/x, add a bit of top up and u can get h100i or seidon 240m liao....

Make sure your OS is 64-bit and not 32-bit...

And one more thing about ur rams... check its height, gt feeling it may not have enough clerance for your heatsink.... since vengeance heatsink is quite tall. Unless you get the low profile version of vengeance...
