Sort of "been there, done that" kind of places. If got spare time then go llss bah. Admission not cheap and worst is flooded with China tourists. So want go better go as early as possible before the strong country ppl start arriving in bus loads :D

I consider it a must-go place. I visited twice and will visit it again. There are several galleries within, so it is more than a walk-through. The package tourists will crowd the walk-ways, but stay away from the interiors.

Either go very early as it opens or go when it is nearing closing time.

Going to grand palace, you must do research on how to get there. There are many different boats around the pier. You can choose the tourist express, which is more expensive, unlimited ride for 150b.
Or you can take the orange flag express boat, which cost 14b one way.
admission fee to grand palace is 500b.
If you have time can go to wat arun and wat pho .

Nope, not a must go if you are not of the same religion or you are not interested in temple/museum ect... People said it's a must go because of the size and maybe expensive entry fee. At least for me who is a free thinker and not interested in temples, I find it so-so. A good POI to check off the list when I have nothing else to do.
