Hi expert bros here...

I would like to get some advice...

I have a system with
i5 3470...
4GB of RAM..
60 Gb of SSD Hard disk...

Now, I want to do some work with Photoshop.. My monitor will be 24 inch one...
Do I need a discrete graphic card?
Will the performance improve significantly?

If yes, please recommend me which one I should buy... My budget is around $100. Thank you..

:)

i think you need a larger storage.

if your photoshop work is very intensive and consist of many layers you probably need a good gfx card.

if your budget allows get at least 4gb more of RAM.

given your budget of 100 imho, i would say a immediate upgrade will be getting more RAM :p

hi dinosau4, thank you for your advice. Actually I also wanted to increase the ram. But I have this software (which I must use and it doesn't work with 64 bit windows.. .) so, no choice but to stick with 4Gb of ram. :(

Any other suggestions, please? Thanks.

Which software may I know?

Because 32-bit programs are able to run in 64-bit environment.

Hi Cryogenist, it is font related. the pc will be used for graphic design... and use "Myanmar" language and there is no x64 software for the keyboard yet.
