Hi all. 
Recently, I face some major stuttering (lag) in FPS games like COD & BF3 where I can't move the character at all because of stuttering issues (eg. 60fps becomes 10fps.)
When I open my photoshop to do some editing works, my laptop will prompt me to close the application (photoshop) due to lack of memory - something which has never happen before.
Please advise.

Ram drops drastically when photoshop is opened.
