What cpu cooler u using? it could be that your cpu heats up and auto shut down... Check with hwmonitor.

Also, do some stress test on ur gpu like heaven benchmark and monitor its temp.

Lastly, google for "How to complete remove AMD drivers OCN" guide. Follow it to completely remove all drivers and reinstall new 1.

i'm using stock cooler for my i5 750... previous experience gaming on BF 3 with 5770 doesn't seem having problem with that...

Does it mean after upgrading the GPU... CPU becomes a bottleneck and overstressed?

Do a stress test on ur gpu and see if ur cpu heats up to 100 degC or not..

Wow... just 5 mins of BF 3.... my CPU goes up to 95 degC and while my GPU only 86 degC...

means my CPU cooling limits my game play?

Is ur intel stock cooler very noisy when gaming? if so, it means the fan is at max speed.

Suggest u get a cheap alternative bah. Deepcool gammaxx 200/300 would do.

Check whether the mentioned coolers support your old socket or not..

If on budget, can get 212X lor.. or top up a bit more to get TT 3.0 Pro at $100 from tradepac.
