Hi ,

was playing wolfenstein: the old blood and suddenly pc shutdown. (using gtx 570 , gameplay was smooth and was about 5h in already on medium)

when I reboot , firstly horizontal green lines were shown and device manager shows Error 43 on graphic adapter

Googled it and many said to reinstall drivers. Did that in safe mode but still Error 43. And the colours got worst when I rebooted with the drivers installed. (random pink somewhere)

So , I am guessing my card got fried? Any way to troubleshoot? I am now using onboard adapter and the green lines are still here. The DVI cable is connected to the graphic card though

Remove your graphic card. Connect your monitor straight to onboard DVI/VGA connector.

If no green line or weird sh!t = your graphic card went to heaven.

when I connect to onboard dvi , bios set to igpu , the bios menu is like normal (even in 1980x1080) , but once hit the windows , it becomes pink again (only at 640 resolution)

edit: nvm , installed intel 4000hd drivers , works like a charm. Guess my gpu is dead
