Is my graphic card gg?

On cpu, can see the brand of my motherboard on the monitor but after that go blank. cannot see any the window logo etc.

reformat the whole hdd, start to install the drivers one by one. after installing the driver for the graphic card, restart and become see the same issue again. went to safe mode, uninstall the driver for graphic cards and become ok again.

so is my graphic card or is the software (driver)?

Check the gpu power requirement for the psu. If the psu is underpower, upgrade to a larger psu.
