Hi all,

So first time something like this happen to my computer, so I'm not sure if there's other issues but it seems like my graphics card (Palit GTX 1070) has some problem.

Was playing a game fine just now but suddenly a lot of colored squares appear on screen and the whole computer crashed and restarted, happened a few times in a row. Updated the drivers all but still continued to crash. Then finally the graphics card seemed to not boot for like half an hour. (The fans on it spinning but nothing on screen). Now it booted with the screen below and is stuck on 800x600 resolution cuz Windows disabled it or something (error 43) The weird colored pixels don't appear anymore on this 800x600 screen and the computer doesn't crash anymore, which I am assuming is because the card is disabled.

anyone experience this before know of a fix or is it just dead and need to be replaced? or if anyone know what the procedure is with Convergent, will they repair or replace it?

Hi,

Which Palit GTX 1070 is yours?
Jetstream or Dual Series?
Need not worry cause we have buffer stock for immediate replacement.
Please email to our RMA Team at rma@convergent.com.sg and they'll advise you accordingly and do provide this link on your email too.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
