Graphics Card Upgrade

Hi guys,

I've little experience in dealing with Computer Hardware but I'm looking to upgrade my Graphics Card.

I'm currently using an Nvidia Gefore GTX 460.

I've been looking at the GTX 670 & Radeon 7950.
I'm not sure which I should purchase or where I should look to purchase one at a reasonable price.
Would it make sense to top up for GTX 770?

The Current Specs are as follows,

Processor - Intel Core i5-760 2.8GHz 8MB LGA1156
Mainboard - MSI P55A-GD65 LGA1156 SATA3 & USB3.0
Graphics Card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
Memory - Kingston HyperX DDR3-1600Mhz Low Voltage 4GB x2
Storage - Seagate ST31000528AS Barracuda 7200.12 Hard Drive - 1TB, 7200 rpm, 32MB, SATA-3G
Optical Storage - LG 22X GH22NS40 DVDRW SATA
Casing - CoolerMaster Elite 310
PSU - Andyson F600M Modular 88% 600W
Audio - Onboard
OS - Windows 7 Home Premium

Getting a GTX 670 would be better. Cheapest is Leadtek GTX 670 at $476 from PCThemes. HD 7950 is just a step below GTX 670, comparable with GTX 660Ti. Cheapest HD 7950 is the Powercolor HD 7950 available in most SLS shops at $399.
