It can be costly for the amount of $150,000 to only age 65. The illustrations at the website suggested certain limits for multiple claims at aggregate of $500,000. Yours $150,000 should not last multiple claims at all despite the "wow" feature of having multiple claims. Do check this with your GE agent for this in writing.

Alternatively i ran a quote on 28yrs old $150,000 with 50% early stage till age 85 with premiums at $1626.90. This is a plan vanilla CI term with early ci accelerator rider and embedded premium waiver. Should you like to have the quotations, do drop me a pm. Cheers

Hi anyone have feedback on this plan?

Great Eastern Life - Critical Care Advantage - Secure your desired lifestyle with an early healthcare advantage

The good thing is the early payout feature but the premium is quite high. My agent recently quote me this plan, annual premium of $1516.50 for sum assure of $150000 for 37 years for age 28. I feel is abit expensive, anyone have feedback whether it worth taking up this policy?

Take a look at this: Early Stage CritiCare | Critical Illness Insurance | AXA

For the same $150k coverage but up till age 65, it's $1,548 per year. Additional 10% discount if bought a policy with AXA within last 12 mths.

Summary of differences:
1. 5 Special benefits instead of 7
2. Post-Critical Illness health check benefit instead of Cancer Recovery benefit
3. Policy does not terminates until assured diagnosed with terminal Critical Illness, upon which a payout of additional 50% of original sum assured.

This kind of policies are used to cover mid-term effects of critical illness shortfall, meant to compliment existing life insurance, not a standalone holistic plan.

PM me if you'd like to know more!

Is it worth to buy this plan?

Because this is just a term insurance till 65 yrs old only.

Or Maxlimit pay plan for 10/15/20/25 years with whole life protection and with cash bonus + able to add extra CI rider of your choice?

Early payout meaning there is a tier structure to the claim process. If so, there are competitive plans out that can payout 100% without tiers.

Expensive because u are buying a luxury product. Remember, if u have a private hospital plan, it MAY cover a good portion of the necessary treatment already. And since early CI insurance in the market is position as income replacement. So do u still need $150k for early CI? More like a want instead of a need. If u want it and u find it expensive, reduce sum assured lor.

My 2 maos

How this plan work is simple :
1) Pay either 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years of premium
2) cover for life
- cover on death
- cover TPD (till 65 or 70)
- cover on CI
- cover on early CI
3) you can either partial surrender or fully surrender if you need money.
4) otherwise, after you pass away, the payout will be paid to your spouse or children, etc.

Any other enquiry, you can pm me.

Thank you.

Bro, have you bought this plan?

Meaning... put Money insai for long term... earn about 2%... Mayb more Mayb less... u need to commit... if not will have penalty if u give up early...

Breakeven after many years cos u need to pay for cost of insurance, feed agent, feed insurance company, then u start to see the returns (from the money u give the ins company to invest) coming in... by the time ur account cash value match ur total money paid... many years Liao... of cos in return the company covers u for life (death, CI, tpd may cease at age 65-70)... hope u understand... need material to illustrate better

If u very old Liao children grow up Liao u don't need protection... u can sell the plan for cash that has accumulated over the years... if u dont need the cash... u can let it roll like a legacy yo... but the ~2% rate don't think will catch up with inflation... but still better than bank rate... of cos here got many gurus to teach u how to invest urself... if u dont want to invest urself and u don't want to carry on the plan and u don't want to lose the money to inflation... spend the money lor...

Bro. I don't have this plan... but I understand this plan... Mayb not as well as others... but we try to share and learn here...
