Ya, this one not a bad deal. Especially if not investing.
SSB offers something similar, with the flexibility of pro-rated interest if taken out early.

But SSB one is more like hold on to 10 years better right? Cause most interest is at the back.

If 3 years, then this plan seems quite reasonable.

For SSB, it is not exactly more interest at the back few years.

More accurately, it pays annual interests based on how long you've hold the bonds based on the annualised rates presented

It is more interest at the end... ;)

GE or ssb? GE think need to ask GE agent, not sure their site has or not, ssb just go ssb site. All instructions are there.

GE I got mine thru OCBC branch. Existing policies include DPS. Note that it's an endowment so there is penalty for early termination before 3yrs.

Which is why prefer SSB, pro-rated interest, can take out anytime, no penalty.. though earlier stage, lower interest. But if determined to put 3 years, can try GE. At least guaranteed.

Just bought mine today.

For those who haven't committed, GE is ending it early. Tomorrow to be specific.

Ps. I am not an agent.

Hi
Did your agent tell you this is STRICTLY for existing GE customers? I only heard about it yesterday but not their customer so can't buy is it?

According to official reply from GE on FB.

It's possible .

" Yes, as long as a purchase of any of the following
qualifying plans with a minimum annual premium of S$200
is made.
(i) Individual life insurance or accident and health policies
(including Dependants' Protection Scheme and
ElderShield Basic/Value Plus/Comprehensive);
(ii) Flexi Maternity Cover or MaxMaternity Care;
(iii) General insurance policies (excluding single trip travel
insurance).
The qualifying plan must be in force within 30 days from
the date of issuance of GREAT205. You can head over to our website for more details. - "
