Grey circle on iTunes

Anyone have this issue?

I tried to restore backup but songs were not restored, so I transfer playlist from my iTunes to iPhone and am facing many grey circles and songs are not able to be transfered into the iPhone.

Any idea what should I do?

backups won't backup songs. u have to sync again from iTunes. that's normal behavior. as for e dotted circle, can u locate e songs if u right click > show in finder?

Dont have this option even for those that doesn't have the grey circle.
Using the latest version of iTunes.

u using Apple Music? I dun n my songs all have "show in finder"...
