After purchase, will the policy details show up in the NTUC income portal/app? Received my policy document few days ago via sms but still dont see the policy in the customer portal, not sure if this is normal..
They will only issue if your payment went through.

SMS says it will show next working day. But I don't see mine after 5 working days...only see the previous matured policy as inactive.
It doesnt appear in the app. But if you log onto your account via website, it should be reflected. Mine is already reflected.

wont go to 7% one la.. at least not so fast

u wan all those with property loan debts to commit suicide is it ?

That is the point actually, people who fry HDB to 1.4M and condo to $2400 psf should pay for their greed.

Market correction is always about punishing people with too much greed or FOMO.

It may not be fast but we dunno when, back in 1970-1981, there is a higher inflation peak at the later stage, And FED Vocker raise interest up to 20%. Yes, 20%! 7% is a joke compare to it.

as much as it might be arguable that ppl should pay for their greed. i am not sure if that will be sound economic policy also

The sad truth is that rich people who are greedy always get bailed out if they over speculate too much. Hence they never learn their lesson.

Rich = everything in their favour.

The policy is to control inflation, and it always go above the inflated rate to control. Inflation is still at 8% but fed fund is 2.5%, we are way behind the curve tbh.

Well, rather than be sad and be in denial about it, sometimes some people are rich for a reason.

so be smart about it.

SSB thread turn into anti-foreigner thread, then this Gro capital ease thread turn into anti-rich thread... don't know how come simple savings products can be so emotional... 😅

Based on the website - i must go down to a branch and preferably make an online appointment. Does it take very long... can anyone share their experience?
