May I know which brand of GTX1070 uses Samsung Memory chips?

I think u can do a look up at techpowerup website might be able to let u see the list. But ain't sure if you can find it or not. Since I last saw the last was like more than half year ago.

I think it is hard to tell now. Different batches of the same model could ship with different VRAM brands. Samsung was guaranteed at the start when Pascal got released, but as time goes by, it is possible that you may find yourself with Micron VRAM.

None I believe. For 1070 and up, nvidia controls the RAM chips.

Only 1060 had some freedom
