Zotac GTX750ti 2gb AMP edition will be one of the highest base clock out from the box.

I'm not sure if you can find EVGA 750ti FTW in SLS. But if you do then this card will be the best out of the box.

Nevertheless they are the same chip. Nothing has been done unless you are talking about higher powered self made PCB and Cooler like, MSI Lightning/Hawk, Asus ROG cards etc.

But to my perspective POV, i don't think they will come out custom cooler and pcb. Cause if they were to do that it may require a 6pin connector for it to run.

For me, Graphic card is the first to up the lorry and i have RMA leadtek a few times. Now i only choose a few brand that their service center near my place.

Heard it is a lousy component that gives lower performance (OCed) and tends to fail more rapidly.

Tradepac has some, i just checked but im just wondering whether is it worth cause its EOL already right? So does warranty still work?

Sure, it will still work as long as the distro honours it. However, there will be no one to one exchange and repairs will take a long time if things go south.

For 1155 most likely within a few days you can go back to the shop and change if there is an issue.

But after that then most distro won't give you 1 to 1 as most likely it will be sent back to manufacturer.

Unless they keep stocks.

Does CDL Trading advertise its refurbished mobos anywhere? Never come across it previously.

Refurbished boards may come DOA or not? Or they test to ensure at least they are working before reselling them?

CDL was advertising this in the blue forum. You can ask them to test the mobo before you bring home the mobo, since the mobos were sent by them for repairs.
