Looks like threadripper. Intel does not run at those weird multipliers. Could be an Asus Zenith Extreme board with some threadripper running in quad channel.

Keep the guesses coming ;)
sharp eyes to point out intel doesnt(?) have "werid multipliers"
Although someone already got the answer (i won't say who yet) but would be nice to know how he/she figured it out.

I'll put my money on threadripper, 16-18-18 look suspiciously like DDR4 timings. :s13:

Edit: TR Pro bah

Super high read 160 - not simple dual channel desktop
Write 100 much lower than read - remind me of ryzen io & chiplet config, where lower write due to half no. chiplets...

Timings are DDR4, CR1 likely ryzen if xmp; Multiplier got .25 shud be ryzen - so i thot threadripper

But when I google image for threadripper aida64, like wwenze's pic the read only abt 100 - far lower than your 160 - so i thot can't be quad channel but higher (i dunno what)
So i go wikipedia for ryzen & threadripper cpu list - got "octo-channel" & only a very short list
Since shud not be the top cpu with full # chiplets, i guess 3975WX (boost clock is close too)

Just realised it is guessing CPU kym, not ask me if the CPU kym.

Tort it is the usual edwm kym post.
