Hey guys... wanna ask if robot damashii the white plastic turn yellowish... can fix it back to white?

Bro, as a collector of Robot Damashii too, I tried finding a solution to this problem. So far, my RD have no problems since it's still sealed and not exposed to any light.

However, based on my findings, it will involve dipping the parts into hydrogen peroxide. And for me, anything that is painted and needs to be dipped into solution, sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, especially since it requires disassembling.

Another method is to try painting the kits or hiring a professional modeller to do it for you.

Alternatively, for future kits, you might wanna make sure you have proper safe lighting, not exposed to smoke or sunlight, topcoat with UV protection etc.

Freedom strike gundam rifle

Hi, just want to check if anyone know where do I get those spare weapon in sg? I want to get the real grade freedom strike gundam rifle. One of the rifle come with defects. So planning to get it. Not going to buy again just to get the weapon. Do pm me if you know where to get it. Thanks!

Unfortunately, replacement of parts is a very hassling and expensive process. I believe Bandai Japan usually only focus on domestic Japanese customers, although there are people who managed to get their replacement parts sent from Japan.

If I'm not wrong, some of the companies that can assist in replacement of parts are GG Infinite and Blue Fin. All are US based sites though, haven't found one locally.

These services are chargeable though and may almost cost as mch as the whole kit itself.

Best bet is to buy a used one, or get replacement weapon, like System Weapons series or Kotobukiya's weapon series. Or just display the kit with it's beam sabers.

Basically the defects is only one small part, the handle of the rifle. T.T oh well if I can't find then I guess posing with the shield and the beam Saber work too. =X

If you have a picture of the defect, the pros here can help you.

For me personally, if it's just the rifle handle, then it's not really obvious, I would just glue the whole assembly to the FIXED trigger hand provided with the kit.

But that also means you can't mount the rifle in the other hand or equip it to the back.

I targetting the RD Zeta. Looks well articulated to pose naturally with the Hyper Mega Launcher.

the launcher is web excusive? the zeta is nice. put some decal it look really good. facebook got a page for robot damashii. people there decal, pen line and top coat their RD. some or most look very good imo.

I might just get the shinning + master + raising then stop damashii liao. lol too many liao. focus on playarts DC atm.

I wanted to touch up my RD MK-V but I never panel lined RD before. Also, I afraid to mess up cause RD more ex than kits

i got most of them for like under $80 for most of the reach figures and master chief. the most of expensive of the lot was emile.. he was so rare that some places were offering $200.. manage to secure mine at $100+, fast forward 1 year you can see them going at $100+ each liao.

only destiny gundam is metal build. other not worth the $$
I think oo metal build can fetch a good resale price once.


focus on playart kai DC variants currently... next line is marvel variants... ironman n spiderman pic were out. very nice. too bad not a marvel fan.

the final fantasy 7 AC new tifa cloud n barret very nice... still think of getting or not...
