Sorry if this is inappropriate, are there any local stores that sell gundam converge and standart figures? Seems like it's mostly preorders

hi all, i have a question to ask. do any of you build a MG perfect strike? im talking about combining the below 2 kits together
MG aile strike RM MG Aile Strike Gundam Ver. RM by Bandai | HobbyLink Japan
MG launcher/sword strike 1/100 MG Launcher/Sword Strike Gundam by Bandai | HobbyLink Japan

i wanted to form a MG perfect strike but i couldnt get the bandai premium shop strike pack due to budget constraint( people selling the backpack kit online for 100++) so i was thinking if i m able to combine the 2 kits above to form a perfect strike. the key issue being whether the sword n launcher pack can combine with the aile strike backpack a not? anyone have any idea or have actually build a perfect strike by combining them? if so could you kindly give me some advice :)
thanks in advance

yes the new strike rm is compatible with the old sword/launcher pack. the only thing that sets the old and new apart is the waterslides and a slight difference in the tones of the colors. for the plastic mold wise they are identical.

CSC stalls, Nintendo, rapid culture, roborobo, OG etc etc. Most of them overpriced - IMHO.

nice. as long as I can combine them for form the perfect strike den its fine, the different colour tone is ok. but may I know wat does it mean by water slide?
normally I just fix the kit normally without any touch up. may b considering to start with some lining.
any good marker to intro? preferably those newbie friendly marker I.e can erase off if not done properly haha

water slides are those decals in which u have to place in water before u slide them on and stick to your kit.

markers wise the regular gundam panel line markers will do, or alternatively can use those 0.2mm pigment markers that popular sell

thanks for the info. im getting my starbuild strike soon and was inspired by this guy's paint job

http://gundamguy.blogspot.sg/2014/04/mg-1100-star-build-strike-gundam-rg.html?m=1

I believe the job is done by airbrush. but im a starter in painting the kits so im thinking of just getting metallic spray paint instead. any good recommendation? so far I only see the tamiya n nippon metallic spray paint. any recommendation for me to achieve the closest possible RG effect for the kit? and also which will be better if I decide do to panel lining too. (since im a starter I foresee myself screwing up the lining n will b doing some cleaning b4 getting the proper lining done, im afraid the "cleaning" process would remove the spray paint layer. any advice on this?)

GUNDAM GUY: MG 1/100 Star Build Strike Gundam (RG Mode) - Painted Build

you dont have to use airbrush.. since the paint is mainly done on the frame of the build strike, you can use spray cans instead. either the metallic blue from tamiya or u can spray black gloss followed by chrome silver and finally clear blue. troublesome i know but the results are worth it.

panel lining wise just spray a layer of gloss coat after painting then panel line with marker if you are afraid that the ink will ruin the paint job.

I heard tat metallic paints r much more ex than regular ones. not to mention if im going to do the 3layer spray paint job. haha look for a shop tat would sell them all. I was thinking of going to hobby art gallery to get my panel lining gundam markers, juz wondering if they sell spray paints too. anyone any idea?
