Currently in WIP, the worse kit I've ever assembled in terms of fitting but also the best kit in terms of details and having undergated runners. I love the FSS design but the kits are seriously vomit blood type.

I love FSS' design !! Was super super tempted to buy the kits when I saw them in Japan.....till I opened up 1 box and saw that it was a resin kit

Hi, I got this noob question on panel lining..

If I spray tamiya acrylic paint over my kit, and by using gundam thin tip marker for panel lining, how would I remove the excess? I am afraid using thinner with q tip would damage the paint.

Can anyone guide me?

I have a question on pre-shading, if I were to paint it black color, how should I preshade it? And with wat color?

WIP. dunno why but it seems like after applying my decals, the paint on the cannons started to chip off. not sure how to resolve this man.

EDIT: ok decided to be a little hardworking and strip the decals from the cannons to repaint and gloss coat first before working with the decals again

Very nice. What marker are you using for panel lines?

Was trying to draw lines today, even with the gundam markers also find it difficult..

i used enamel wash for the panel lines.. it is a lot easier than using markers

Does enamel wash method only works for crevices?
I have a part which is stepped and i want to draw lines between the steps. but there is no crevice between first and second step, only a drop... can still draw with enamel?

i am using tamiya enamel paint. for brush, any brush will do, need not be fine brush. it doesnt matter if the paint gets everywhere, coz u will be cleaning up with enamel thinner/zippo

still can... just need to be more careful when cleaning up with enamel thinner, or else whole line gets clean off then have to do again.
