How much did you pay for the shipping for this? Looking to get one but not sure how much it will cost.

100+ including shipping. i used peeka as a forwarding agent so if u know how to order from taobao directly it will be slightly cheaper.

i dun think u can find a compressor with an air tank in sg at that kind of price.

Thanks, I do buy other smaller stuff from Taobao usually, just not something this big. Will probably consider getting a piece thru sea freight.

Is $35 for RG Freedom a reasonable price?

I'm planning to order RG/HG kits overseas at around that price. Anyone else interested? Maybe can split shipping, no deposits required. PM me and let me know :D

Hey, I've ordered from Samuel Decal several times over the past few years. He used to operate a website but chnaged to using Facebook recently.

To order from him, you just browse his gallery and see which decals you want and at what scale [1/144, 1/100 etc].

Note down the design name and send him an e-mail at order@samueldecal.com. Lists down what you want [Name of decal, decal version and decal size] and if possible, include the price to make it easier for him to confirm.

If you want to pre-order limited edition stuff or bootlegs kits, you can also do so.

Once he receives your e-mail, he will send a Purchase Order in PDF format. Check the list and once everything is okay, make paymend in USD to order@samueldecal.com at Paypal. Note that the final cost will include the delivery cost.

Yes, you do need Paypal or alternatively, you have to do it the Western Union route.

Usually, it takes about 1-2 weeks for the registered airmail to arrive in an envelope or parcel depending on what you purchase.

His decal quality is quite good for an aftermarket part. Usually it's not pre-cut, so you have to carefully cut it yourself. The decals are also quite thin [Thin decals are good as it reduces silvering] and the designs are quite attractive.

I have used samuel decal a lot as well. The decals are thin, and require a lot of care and skill to apply. They tear easily and usually I lose 20 to 30% of the decals, especially the big ones. Small ones easier to apply.

lol I use samueldecal as well. actually using it right now. if you combine with a big drop of mr mark setter prior to application, there won't be tearing and you have quite some time before the decal set.

I also use mr mark softer afterwards, but that's just personal preference.

Is that with or without shipping? if you can wait, the usual xmas sale or GSS at HAG will bring the RG prices down to around that price. iirc.
