polishing compound is to make the surface even more glossy. optional lah.

clear parts cant be help, cannot use primer. just be more careful when moving the parts loh

Icic... Hmm would polishing the psycho-frame parts produce a somewhat brighter effect during the LED illumination? I think won't make any difference right?

Me. HLJ is probably one of the most well-known online hobby shopping portals. This morning I noticed my neighbour living a few floors below me also ordered from HLJ when his mom (presumably) helped to dump the packaging box :s13:

Anyways, suggest that you do a comparison check with local hobby stores before you make your purchase. From my own experience, I bought my Unicorn Gundam PG from HLJ - Around $20 cheaper with shipping via Fedex. But that probably applies only to newly/recent release of new Gunpla kits. I read from somewhere else that Bandai normally will offer 10-20% discount off RRP for new batches.

As for older kits, I'm not exactly sure so its recommended that you do a comparison check first. The method of shipping you select can also make a big difference to your overall costs too ;)

Just got my RG Exia and very excited to build. so far I don't see any water slide decals for this. Anything to take note when building? I intend to paint it but the amount of parts.. argh..

RG dun come with water slide decals :(
have to wait for Bandai or Samuel Decal to release

Can I check with you guys one thing? Do you folks line up the parts nicely (ie don't block one another) and mass top coat them together or apply top coat piece by piece?
