1. Cutter – If you are lazy to sand for a long period, a better cutter will do most of the job for you.
2. Normal Cement – Any brand of modeling (normal) cement will do.
3. Normal Putty – Tamiya white putty is more liquefied hence its easy to apply, as for Mr. White Putty, it tends to be more paste like. These two choices are better selections compared to the rest.
4. Sand Paper 400, 600, 1000 (industrial ones are also usable) – You can get the sand paper from any hardware stores, not necessary from modeling shops. In fact most of the SMC members use those.
5. Tamiya Masking Tape – Only use tamiya masking as it will not peel off the paints and also its water proof.
6. Art Knife – Any kind of are knife will do, we need these for a few usages, not necessary to get those high end ones.
7. Cutting Mat – Any size of cutting mat will be accepted.
8. 00 – 000 Round Brush (preferably shot tip) – It’s better to buy those that sell separately, those that comes in pack, when the handle contacts thinner the colour tends to stain your hands.

10. Acrylic Paints – We recommend using Mr. Colour series as the colour has more variety. Gaia colors are also allowed.
11. Enamel Paints – Any kind of enamel paints as long as it achieves the colour you desired.
12. Enamel Thinner – Zippo Lighter Fluid is also usable to clean off the enamel paints, but the tamiya enamel thinner tends to be smoother.
