Not an apple to apple comparison. It should be The M VS mid town modern VS mid town bay, which is better?

I am assuming the definition of better is from investment standpoint?

I like MM's sheltered access to Bugis Junction, Bugis MRT station, Suntec, City link, Esplanade etc. It is an area I am more familiar with. But I think most people find CPH's location more livable.

For me, the comparison or the benchmark is will CHP be as great as South Beach Residences ?
