With more cash flow, I hope they will start giving more than 5 ct dividend ..They gave 9 ct last year which translate to 4.9% .. In the last 20 years , they never fail to deliver at least 5ct dividend.. If no privatization, I will treat it like a reit with anticipated capital gain due to growing assets.
