PDVL for Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR)

Singapore PR can obtain PDVL to drive private hire cars. You need to be employed with a chauffered services company.

You must have a valid Class 3/3A driving license for a continuous period of at least 2 years. If you have a foreign driving license, and have lived in that country for a continuous period of at least 6 months after obtaining the license, you may apply to convert that driving license to a Singapore one.

LTA’s requirement for age to obtain PDVL is 18 years old, but Grab only accepts drivers age 21 and above.
