Yeah, just detour via that LHS small path to the PCN before hitting the green bridge. If dont want to take the green bridge can go to the LHS and carpark area and u-turn into ECP service rd.

I mean LHS. If you are coming from Marina Barrage bridge area.

There is a small somewhat private path (marked by the red marker) that you can take and cut to the ECP PCN entering around the desalination plant.
Esp for those who are not so experienced and do not have the suitable proper daylight visible taillights or dont know how to do defensive riding (eg always see your back in such dangerous instances if not equipped with radar, if truck coming just go to the extreme left and slow down dead slow and waving the trucks to pass first before continuing)

Lim Chu Kang another dangerous place, cyclists think that area ulu but actually got industry there, so quite a lot of heavy trucks coupled with narrow roads.

Yes I was riding my motorcycle there once and was surprised by the number of lorries and vans. Somemore the side roads are pretty tight when cyclists are thrown into the picture.

it makes drivers speed like no tomorrow & work extra time until they fall asleep on the steering wheel.

should revert back to speed limit warning light on top of pickup in early 90s.
