Quite curious what sort of income the lady looking for. Think all along for most women, financial stability is an important factor. But there is also this thing called 门当户对 also. Many try to go for those way above their league, and have nothing much to offer for themselves. That is just pure imagination.

It's not a thing whereby once a man loses job, the wife will suddenly leave him lah. To me it's more like potential and capability. If at his highest potential he can only earn 2k.. Sorry i don't think i can. Anyway i started dating when we were students, no money no car nothing, with poor parents. But if i were to date after starting work, i will look for those around my range, among other things such as character and chemistry.
