ya these days very conveniently labeling such people in the terms of special needs and we have to give our understanding....... for me.... regardless what status they are.... as long as they are in public.... practise what the norm practise.... else go somewhere else....

Like the untalented who disguise themselves as artists, the unmotivated disguise themselves as lunatics. That doesn’t mean everyone is a pretender. If you or someone close becomes mentally ill, you’ll understand right quick.

Maybe mental case and it may be quite pitiful if you do that to him. For a lot of things, there are more than what meets our eyes.

Imo, best is report to the station master and let them handle it professionally. Safe for him and good for everyone else. If he is just trying mischief, then let the station deal with him.

Sometimes, I come across rude and inconsiderate individuals, I just keep my cool, ignore and not let it affect me. Give them the benefit of doubt. Because these may also be mental cases due to aging, or stress, or they are born with chemical deficiencies in the brain, which they cannot control the effects on themselves.

So live and let live, don't be too quick to judge, do the right thing that brings peace to our own soul, and no chaos in our surroundings.
