This one is Eurasian otter.. or at least the America River otter... if Singapore can keep maybe will allow people to adopt the smooth coat otter lor....

Are otters protected in Singapore?


Otter populations were present along the shores and waterways of Singapore up to the 1960s. ... In Singapore, under the Wild Animals and Birds Act, it is illegal to remove, take or keep wild animals, including otters. Those found in nature reserves are also protected by the Parks and Trees Act 2005.

Owner apply horse oil to moisturize their paw pads.. the boy otter Aty go and apply it to its kkj.. and the girl otter Ui go and lick the horse oil off..
