Actually today at Punggol, I spotted a Chinese lady plucking things from trees . Dunno is flower petal or something .

I went ahead and told her that what she did is illegal and should not do it . NEA can catch. She tell me Okok in China accent and continue to do it .

I very puzzled and walk off . She continued.

Well the thing she did is definitely not bad in my eyes as I can say that she is plucking for her own consumption like pandan leaves and etc, but the simple notion of her, acting blur really blows my mind
