yes depends on context

me every time new management join will say i do things wrong

just smile and diam diam know is psychology, let them attempt to execute a procedural change. all will back down

cos i've seen enough elsewhere, by that logic all the management of all other companies will be disagreeing and fighting each other

everyone and every company is different. the mature ppl will integrate everyone's knowledge and capability in the team and work together instead of putting ppl down

This is very normal work experience lah. Good to put this up on video for those who just joined the workforce. Cos this is something school or parents never teach. Gotta learn as you grow into adult. Seen alot such cases in many different work places.

This type of veterans who refuse to change, the supervisor can only hope they one day resign. SMRT current procedures are problematic liao. Top management will need to implement changes to address current problems , but veterans are the ones with the highest inertia to changes.
